Diese Sorte wird langsam und schonend gedämpft, wodurch sie besonders frisch wird und ihr natürliches Aroma erhalten bleibt. Darüber hinaus hat dieser Matcha einen ausgeprägten Umami-Geschmack und eine geringe Adstringenz.
Verwenden Sie diesen Matcha für traditionellen Matcha-Tee, Usucha und Koicha. Unser Qualitäts-Matcha zeichnet sich durch eine leuchtend grüne Farbe aus, die von der Okumidori-Sorte und der ersten Ernte stammt (bekannt als „Ichibancha“, der First Flush-Tee, der von Ende April bis Anfang Mai geerntet wird). Il costo vale la qualità e non bisogna lasciarsi"ingannare" dalle dimensioni della confezione: ultimamente acquisto il pacchetto con i tre livelli di qualità e, con un' assunzione di circa 6 giorni a settimana, durano più di 4 mesi. Ia qualità si "sente", il sapore è superiore ad altre marche. È bello sapere di assumere qualcosa di buono e che contemporaneamente fa bene alla salute.
E' da parecchio tempo che faccio uso del Master Ceremonial Matcha e ne sono diventata una vera e propria fan!!! Vi mostro uno dei tanti modi in cui lo utilizzo... Invitante, vero???? E non potete immaginare quanto sia buono!!!! 😋😉

Pur non raggiungendo la raffinatezza e la profondità del Supreme Matcha Cerimoniale, mantiene comunque un profilo di qualità apprezzabile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta favorevole, rendendolo una scelta sensata per chi cerca un buon Matcha senza necessariamente puntare al vertice assoluto. È un tè che sa farsi apprezzare e che, proprio per la sua fascia, trova facilmente valide alternative, ma resta comunque un’opzione meritevole di essere provata.
