Health Benefits

Ceremonial matcha is overflowing with antioxidants that work hard to keep your body healthy and are able to help the fight against free radicals (the attackers from outside of the body), fortifying the immune system with what it needs to stay robust. There are 137 times more antioxidants in ceremonial matcha than traditional green tea.  Matcha tea also contains catechins, phytonutrients and EGCGs.  You’ll find that it boosts your energy, stimulates metabolism and it encourages faster fat-burning too.  With incredible detoxifying properties, it helps to rid the body of unwanted toxins and impurities.  Additionally, matcha promotes lower cholesterol levels and enhances concentration.  Naturally vegan and gluten-free, not only does it taste uber delicious, it’s thoroughly nutritious too!
