Enjoy our delightful Master Ceremonial Matcha, crafted to highlight the finest traditions of matcha craftsmanship. Positioned just below our Supreme and above our Eco, it offers an exceptional balance of quality and taste.
This grade is steamed slowly and carefully, making it ultra-fresh and preserving its natural flavor. Additionally, this matcha has a pronounced Umami taste and low astringency.
Use this matcha for traditional matcha tea, Usucha and Koicha. Our quality matcha boasts a bright green colour that comes from the Okumidori cultivar and the first harvest (known as “Ichibancha '', the first flush tea harvested from late April until early May). Ichibancha matcha has the very best reputation and is rated as top quality tea. Expect only the best for our ceremonial grade matcha tea which was enjoyed by Zen monks and Samurai warriors in times gone by.

Storage
Once opened, we recommend that you consume your pack of matcha relatively quickly to avoid deterioration. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with strong smelling goods, sunlight and moisture. An unopened pack can be stored for up to 12 months in the refrigerator. You can also store unopened packs of matcha for over 18 months in the freezer.

Il costo vale la qualità e non bisogna lasciarsi"ingannare" dalle dimensioni della confezione: ultimamente acquisto il pacchetto con i tre livelli di qualità e, con un' assunzione di circa 6 giorni a settimana, durano più di 4 mesi. Ia qualità si "sente", il sapore è superiore ad altre marche. È bello sapere di assumere qualcosa di buono e che contemporaneamente fa bene alla salute.
E' da parecchio tempo che faccio uso del Master Ceremonial Matcha e ne sono diventata una vera e propria fan!!! Vi mostro uno dei tanti modi in cui lo utilizzo... Invitante, vero???? E non potete immaginare quanto sia buono!!!! 😋😉

Questo tè Matcha si distingue per la sua piacevolezza: aroma delicato, gusto equilibrato e una sensazione al palato che invita a concedersi qualche sorso in più. Pur non raggiungendo la raffinatezza e la profondità del Supreme Matcha Cerimoniale, mantiene comunque un profilo di qualità apprezzabile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta favorevole, rendendolo una scelta sensata per chi cerca un buon Matcha senza necessariamente puntare al vertice assoluto. È un tè che sa farsi apprezzare e che, proprio per la sua fascia, trova facilmente valide alternative, ma resta comunque un’opzione meritevole di essere provata.
