Storage
Once opened, we recommend that you consume your pack of matcha relatively quickly to avoid deterioration. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with strong smelling goods, sunlight and moisture. An unopened pack can be stored for up to 12 months in the refrigerator. You can also store unopened packs of matcha for over 18 months in the freezer.

Il costo vale la qualità e non bisogna lasciarsi"ingannare" dalle dimensioni della confezione: ultimamente acquisto il pacchetto con i tre livelli di qualità e, con un' assunzione di circa 6 giorni a settimana, durano più di 4 mesi. Ia qualità si "sente", il sapore è superiore ad altre marche. È bello sapere di assumere qualcosa di buono e che contemporaneamente fa bene alla salute.

Premessa la mia scarsa conoscenza sul tema, ho notato che qualche sottile terminale in bambù tende a raddrizzarsi e perde la curvatura. In ogni caso, molto bello esteticamente sia il Chasen che il Naoshi.
